![]() Needless to say, these last two talents should be skipped, as they are at best a waste of NP and at worst a cost to make the unit worse.Īny orb that improves his defence is good, with Anti-Zombie being the best due to the dodge talent. Speaking of having no damage, this also makes Soulstrike act only as a change of behaviour having your Li'l Erasers stop in front of corpses while the rest of the army advances without its protection. Unfortunately, Attack Up is a waste of NP on a unit with basically no damage in the first place plus, when it happens to tip the scales and lead to a knockback, it may result in a much stronger unit missing their attack. Resist Toxic is situational and, even if maxed, won't lead to satisfying results often it is thus recommended to invest in Riceball's full immunity, if such an ability is desired in a meatshield. Note that Shigong will still provide way better defence against the trait, especially in Zombie-centred stages. Dodge Zombies, although inconsistent, further increases Li'l Eraser's survivability against them, sometimes making a good difference. This is especially helpful since Li'l Eraser is one of the few options available in 4 crowns and the cheapest amongst those who can hope to tank some hits (barring Primordial Cat, who isn't spammable enough for general use). Li'l Eraser's most notable talent is Health Up, which is always good for a meatshield that you'd rely on. Li'l Macho/Mohawk Cat and Macho/Mohawk Cat can be added into the mix too, as while they aren't as sturdy, they can hope to fill in the gaps. Putting heavy-duty meatshields on top of other heavy-duty meatshields, provided you have a constant stream coming, makes an almost unkillable barrier in many situations. Like most meatshields, Li'l Eraser Cat works well with others of the same caliber. Its immunity to Freeze can also help a lot in stages that are complicated by Henry, such as Electric Bath, where Henry's freeze will no longer cut all your meatshields. ![]() Despite its lower health, it really shines in 4-Crown stages, where it can take Eraser Cat's role. About everything that could be said about Tank Cat is also true for him, too, just remember that Eraser Cat can take more punishment and is just as easily mass-produced, yet even he can't stand up to specialist meatshields in their fields, let alone Li'l Eraser. Li'l Eraser finally has stats worthy of a bulky meatshield. Li'l Wall has a 2-slot Cat Combo with Commando Cat that gives Unit Defense Up (Sm) it can thus be helpful to add Li'l Wall to armies that already include Cameraman Cat just for the combo. In absence of alternatives, Li'l Tank Cat can be used as a one-hit meatshield like Cat, but its double cost and slow speed make it far less ideal than any 75¢ meatshield so this is mostly reserved for 4-crown if you have nothing better to use. In later stages, you will need to boost Li'l Tank Cat or get its True Form for more consistent results, like if you are attempting the same strategy on Deathhawk. Li'l Tank Cat's extremely short range can be used to cheese few stages where the boss spawns on base hit and there are infinitely respawning weak peons, notably Dark Souls and Marco Po Road, since all such enemies have 110 range or more, with Li'l Tank Cat only having 100 range in all forms. For this reason, usage of Li'l Tank Cat prior to unlocking its True Form is not recommended, with only a couple of exceptions. In order to classify Cat Units, see here Strategy/Usage Normal/Evolved Form ĭue to being the Li'l version of a Normal Cat, Li'l Tank Cat suffers from a severe lack of good basic stats, which makes it underperform greatly in his field.
